## Remediation

Choose a candidate canonical ID and retry; pass by=id when the selected Environment ID matches the ambiguous key

## Cause

The App slug or Environment key matches more than one resource within the caller's reachable scope.

## Fix

Choose the intended candidate, then resend with its canonical `appId` or `environmentId`. If the selected Environment ID equals the rejected selector, pass `by=id` to force the canonical ID.
