## Remediation

Confirm the Environment id or key in the App-level filter

## Cause

No Environment in the already-authorized App matched an Environment selector supplied as an App-level read filter.

## Fix

Confirm every Environment id or key in the filter. Path Environment misses remain APP_NOT_FOUND because those routes preserve resource-boundary non-disclosure.
